Currently, Chief in a prominent governmental agency, focused on staffing needs, Desiree is also a college professor in the Human Resources and Business Management Department. An alum of Berkley College she's pursuing a Doctorate Degree in education with a concentration in Organizational leadership. 

In 2015, with over 1000 employees under her direction, Desiree began to witness a decrease in morale and employee satisfaction.

With 20 years of Corporate and Governmental experience under her belt, Desiree was compelled to do more than what she could in a governmental setting. As a result, she birthed Venue Capital Consulting Services.
